Capital Fundraiser Los Angeles, CA Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $100,000 a year 19 hours ago Qualifications Financial model construction Financial model development Bachelor's degree Fundraising Financial investment strategy Marketing Investor relations Full Job Description As a Capital Fundraiser, you will play a pivotal role in securing the necessary capital to support the company's property acquisition initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and a strong network within the investment community. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years capital raising experience and a proven track record of fundraising in the family office sector. This position reports directly to the CEO, and is an in-office position. We will only respond to those candidates based in Los Angeles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
Fundraising Strategy:
A real estate industry fundraiser with an impressive and easily verifiable track record of fundraising on behalf of co-mingled funds, separate accounts, and one-off investments. Proven track record of raising equity in the Family Office sector. Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure capital for property acquisitions. Identify and cultivate relationships with HNW individuals, family offices, private equity firms, family offices, and other potential funding sources.
Investor Communication :
Prepare compelling investment presentations and pitch materials for potential investors. Effectively communicate the company's investment thesis and strategy to existing and prospective investors.
Market Research :
Stay abreast of market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape to inform fundraising strategies and investment decisions. Provide market insights to the Acquisitions team to support their decision-making process.
Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders on fundraising progress and financial performance.
Relationship Management :
Possesses extensive relationships with
HNW/UHNW
individual investors, family offices and private wealth organizations. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with current investors, fostering a sense of trust and confidence in the company's ability to deliver returns.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred. Proven experience in capital markets fundraising within the real estate or property management sector. ldeal candidate will have a proven track record of 5-10 years capital raising experience. Capable of making the entire fundraising, investor relations and marketing communications function their own and state of the art. Strong financial analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Established network within the investment community. In-depth knowledge of multi-family real estate markets and investment strategies. We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in the industry and someone who will hit the ground running and is available to start immediately. This is an in-office position and candidates who wish to work remotely will not be considered.
