Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., non-profit management, development, fundraising) or equivalent professional experience. • Minimum of 2-3 years of working in non-profit fundraising. Corporate Sponsorship experience preferred. • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal. Skilled at using Microsoft Office suite. Experience in fundraising software, including data entry and reporting. Craft compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the impact of individual and corporate gifts and inspire impactful giving.
