Job Description

The Development Coordinator supports fundraising, donor engagement, and development operations for Lakewood Center. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Development, this role helps execute campaigns,manage donor relationships, coordinate events, and maintain accurate development records. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys both relationship-building and administrative execution in a mission-driven environment. Qualifications Associate's degree in nonprofit management, communications, business, related field or equivalent experience 1 - 2 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising or administrative support Experience with donor relations, events or fundraising activities preferred Responsibilities Donor Engagement and Fundraising Support Database Management and Administration (Bloomerang and OneCause preferred) Events and Campaign Execution Applicants, upon hire, will be required to pass level II background screening (https://info.flclearinghouse.com), drug screening, TB test and have a clean driving record.
