Duties Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaigns via booth, events and canvassing Working effectively in the field along with the ability to work independently and with a team Identify potential donors through strong communcation, rapport and relationship building Write compelling pitches for various campaigns Manage donor relationships through sustainable gifts Cultivate strong relationships with community partners and local businesses Organize fundraising events, campaigns, and outreach activities that engage supporters and raise awareness for the cause. Requirements Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset to engage diverse audiences effectively. At least18 years of age Knowledge of fundraising or sales best practices, including donor stewardship and public relations strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
