A major role of the Board is to oversee the operation, maintenance and progress of Eggerts Crossing Village, a 100-unit rental complex for low- and moderate-income families in Lawrence Township, Mercer County, New Jersey. It does that primarily through a contracted management agent, which has been PRD Management since 2008. Additional Board roles include helping EC Village residents to achieve their financial, housing and related goals and to advocate for the value of affordable housing in Lawrence Township. Qualifications LNPH is open to considering candidates who bring a variety of professional backgrounds.
