We are hiring competitive, high-energy individuals for our Management Training Program. This is not a desk job. This is a performance-based opportunity designed for individuals who want to grow into leadership and build a long-term career. Compensation Daily fee Uncapped commission Performance bonuses Weekly pay Typical first-year earnings: $35,000-$55,000 Compensation increases based on performance and advancement. What You'll Be Doing Represent national charities at live event locations Engage directly with the public Educate and enroll monthly supporters Track daily performance metrics Participate in team trainings focused on sales and leadership Assist in expanding into new territories This is a face-to-face, people-focused role. You will be on your feet and interacting with the public daily.
