New York, NY Job Details $115,000 - $125,000 a year 14 hours ago Qualifications Program management 5 years Operational management Operations coordination Writing skills Collaboration with board members Client relationship development Organizational skills Relationship management Budget management in education Senior level Team motivation (leadership skill) Communication skills Program budgeting Board relations Full Job Description The primary responsibilities of the Director are to represent the mission of the organization, maintain strong university partner relationships, manage the site's budget, work closely with the local advisory board and the national development team to raise the annual budget, and manage a team that ensures the coordination of all program operations. The Director must be a strong leader, highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic, willing to travel, a great communicator, hardworking, and a strong role model. The Director reports to the Regional Vice President.
