Administrator for a Non-Profit Organization in Akron, USA We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our non-profit organization in Akron, USA. As the Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month and accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and emails, maintaining records, and ordering supplies
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Assist with fundraising efforts by coordinating events and maintaining donor database
Oversee volunteer recruitment and management
Coordinate board meetings and take minutes
Support program staff with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a non-profit setting
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with event planning and fundraising initiatives
Knowledge of non-profit regulations and procedures
