Job Description

Beavercreek Soccer Association - Executive Director Beavercreek, Ohio The Beavercreek Soccer Association, a non-profit soccer organization, is searching for an Executive Director to lead and strengthen our organization. Our mission is to provide area youth with enjoyable, educational, and team orientated soccer experiences for all levels of play, from recreational to select competitive. Each year, thousands of players, families, and visitors enjoy our own premier 90-acre soccer facility, the Ankeney Soccer Complex. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director is expected to facilitate strategic leadership, ensure good Board governance, and execute the organization's mission. The Executive Director oversees a staff on daily operations, field maintenance, and capital improvement projects at the soccer complex. The Executive Director will oversee our soccer programs and tournaments, manage and recruit staff and volunteers, lead fundraising initiatives, and ensure strong financial and administrative performance. As the public face of BSA, the Executive Director will build partnerships with local businesses, community leaders, and regional soccer organizations.
Qualifications:
5+ years in nonprofit leadership, sports management, or related field Strong experience in fundraising, operations, and community relations Knowledge of youth soccer programs and league structures preferred Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
