Tax Partner / Director (Path to Equity) - Cleveland, OH Build and lead a manufacturing-focused tax practice with immediate leadership visibility and a clear path to equity. A well-established Cleveland-based CPA firm is seeking a senior tax leader to step into a Partner-track role , working directly with the Managing Partner to expand and modernize the firm's tax services across Northeast Ohio. This is not a back-office role-this is a practice-building opportunity . ???? What You'll Own Lead and grow a manufacturing-focused tax practice Manage and expand relationships with middle-market clients Provide strategic tax planning (not just compliance) Mentor and develop tax staff and managers Drive business development in the Northeast Ohio market ???? Ideal Profile CPA with 10-15+ years in public accounting Strong experience with: Pass-through entities (S-corps, partnerships) Middle-market / privately held companies High-net-worth clients Proven ability (or strong interest) in building client relationships Background in regional or Big 4 firm preferred ????
