This is a part-time, short-term leadership role focused on maintaining operations, supporting key events, and strengthening relationships with community partners, sponsors, and the City of Oklahoma City. About Calle Dos Cinco in Historic Capitol Hill Calle Dos Cinco works to preserve, support, and promote the Historic Capitol Hill district as a vibrant, multicultural business and cultural destination. The organization partners with local businesses, community members, and civic leaders to strengthen economic vitality and celebrate the district's unique identity. Position Overview The Interim Executive Director will provide steady leadership over the next 90+ days, ensuring that the organization remains operationally sound, financially stable, and well-connected to its stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day operations and organizational continuity Support financial oversight and basic administrative functions Serve as a primary point of contact for partners, sponsors, and the City Support fundraising efforts and sponsor relationships Assist with planning and coordination of major events Work closely with the Board of Directors to prioritize and execute key initiatives Qualifications Experience in nonprofit leadership, operations, or interim roles Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a board and multiple stakeholders Familiarity with community development, cultural districts, or similar organizations is a plus
Details Part-time:
approximately 15-25 hours per weekTerm:
90 days, with potential for extensionCompensation:
