Job Description

Planning and Player Development Plan Inhouse (recreation) three seasonal programs 8-9 weeks each•Fall, Winter, Spring Design, organize, and coordinate tryouts and formation of In-house teams Construct schedule for In-House Teams Plan programs and initiatives to grow the player pathway in the club to be stronger. Market the In House/Little Kicker's Programs•ie flyers etc to local schools/rec centers Help identify possible Travel Players and communicate with Director of Coaching / Executive Director in a timely manner Staffing and Supervision Interview, recruit and manage coaches alongside the Executive Director Actively recruit coaches Staff soccer programs for the In-house (recreation) side of the club Oversee all Saturday In-House Sessions as well as tryouts for In House Teams. This is in-person. Oversee all Fall Sunday In-House Sessions. This is in-person. Ensure coaches and referees are in place for all games and session. Oversee Little Kickers Saturday Program•including staffing Share agenda/schedule for each session with coaches Meet with InHouse coaches prior to each season Model effective coaching practices through assessment, encouragement, and teaching of team coaches. Provide annual assessment of each coach at the end of the year to the
ED's Operations Coaching/Referee Payroll:
Document monthly worked hours for in-house/little kickers and post to Inter Philly payroll spreadsheet by the 12th/13th of each month; this includes tracking and documenting dates/times worked by each coach/referee Weekly•or as needed call/zoom meetings with ED Provide monthly reports to Executive Directors•Coaches, players #'s, Overview of Program Reply to emails concerning the Palumbo and FDR In House Program locations.
Pay:
$18,000.00•$22,000.00 per year
