As a District Executive, you will manage Scouting operations in an assigned district within South Mississippi.
This role emphasizes fundraising, membership growth, and volunteer engagement.

Grow and support Scouting in your assigned district.
Develop and execute plans in finance, membership, and volunteer recruitment.
Build relationships with community and business leaders.
Collaborate with volunteers to deliver a quality Scouting program.
Manage fundraising campaigns and special events. Starting Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary:
$50,000 ( includes base salary + monthly car/phone allowance )

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
U.S. citizenship or intent to become a citizen
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Willingness to relocate within the council's service area
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Able to engage effectively with community leaders, volunteers, and families
Commitment to the values and mission of Scouting
Must pass a criminal background check and be eligible to receive a Scouting commission
Experience in nonprofit work, fundraising, sales, or marketing is a plus
