  • Grow and support Scouting in your assigned district.
  • Develop and execute plans in finance, membership, and volunteer recruitment.
  • Build relationships with community and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with volunteers to deliver a quality Scouting program.
  • Manage fundraising campaigns and special events. Starting Compensation & Benefits
Starting Salary:
$50,000 ( includes base salary + monthly car/phone allowance )

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • U.S. citizenship or intent to become a citizen
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to relocate within the council's service area
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to engage effectively with community leaders, volunteers, and families
  • Commitment to the values and mission of Scouting
  • Must pass a criminal background check and be eligible to receive a Scouting commission
  • Experience in nonprofit work, fundraising, sales, or marketing is a plus
