IVC seeks a full-time Regional Director to lead its Boston/Worcester/Providence program. Starting salary - $70,000 per year with health care coverage Flexible Schedule, work from home while visiting area partner agencies and meeting current and new service corps members. Meaningful work in social justice, faith sharing and community building This position is ideal for a proven, energetic Catholic leader seeking rewarding, mission-focused work with growth potential! Key Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and support volunteer members (age 50+) Cultivate and sustain relationships with nonprofit partner agencies Lead regional fundraising efforts and donor cultivation Oversee regional operations, including budgeting, financial management, and office administration Promote IVC through public speaking, social media, website content, and community outreach. Some weekend work throughout the year. Build collaborative relationships across diverse communities in Boston/Worcester/Providence and surrounding areas. Foster faith-sharing and reflection rooted in Catholic tradition and Ignatian spirituality Manage a small staff of program support personnel.
