A small and collaborative law firm is seeking a dependable and organized Office & Accounting Coordinator to support the day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the office. Schedule Part-time position Approximately 3-4 days per week in office (24-32 hours per week; flexible) Flexible schedule with potential for hybrid flexibility over time Compensation & Benefits $50,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience Hybrid potential Flexible hours Paid health coverage 401(k) with company match Performance-based bonus opportunity Responsibilities Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable Prepare and organize tax-related information for outside accounting professionals Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes Maintain spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting and bookkeeping functions Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed Job Requirements Minimum of 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, office management, or related experience Prior law firm experience strongly preferred; professional services experience will also be considered Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks required Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented This role is ideal for someone seeking a flexible opportunity within a smaller law firm environment where they can make a meaningful impact on daily operations.
