We're looking for someone who wants to take over on operations and share in the upside directly. This is not a job, it's the closest thing to running your own staffing company without putting up the capital to start one. What you'd actually do Land new clients. Hotels, resorts, warehouses, anywhere that needs hourly labor in the East Tennessee corridor. Manage client relationships end-to-end once accounts are live. Fill the open positions. Set your own hours, your own approach, your own sales process. The back office (payroll, insurance, accounting, compliance, workers' comp) will not be your responsibility, so you can focus entirely on sales and client management.
