Organizational LeadershipImplement Board directives and lead strategic initiatives across the associationAttend and support all Board, Executive Committee, and Annual Membership meetingsPrepare and present quarterly reports to the Board of DirectorsAdvocate for the OT profession and TOTA members with external stakeholdersOperations & AdministrationOversee all day-to-day TOTA business operations and staff supervisionManage the Association Management System (MemberClicks), member communications, and social mediaProduce the bi-weekly TOTA Tidbit newsletter and oversee the Revista publicationManage payroll, organizational subscriptions, and technology accountsFinancial ManagementMaintain fiscal operations within the Board-approved annual budgetProcess accounts receivable/payable; prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsCoordinate with Treasurer, bookkeeper, and CPA; file Form 990 and applicable tax formsReview and sign contracts on behalf of TOTA, Inc.

Events & Continuing EducationPlan and oversee the Annual Conference venue contracting, speakers, registration, and on-site logisticsCoordinate the bi-annual School-Based Practice Conference and TOTA-sponsored CE eventsManage the Learning Management System (LMS) for online CE deliveryExternal Relations & AdvocacyRepresent TOTA to AOTA, TBOTE, TOTF, TOTA-PAC, and other stakeholdersCollaborate with TOTA's lobbyist and the Legislative Committee on advocacy effortsCoordinate the annual membership drive with the
