Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring high quality, safe, and effective youth development programs that meet grant requirements.
Board Governance:
Guide and support the Board of Directors in setting policies, goals, and managing organizational sustainability.
Fundraising & Financial Development:
Lead fundraising efforts, including identifying prospects, cultivating donors, managing special events, and ensuring grant compliance.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily club operations, including budgeting, financial controls, and human resource management.
Staff Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to promote a positive, high performing culture.
Community Relations:
Act as the face of the club, building relationships with community partners, and families.
Qualifications Experience:
Usually requires 5-10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, often prioritizing nonprofit management experience.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, or social services is preferred.
Skills:
Demonstrated success in fundraising, financial management, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.
