NCOE partners with the five public school districts in Napa County on a variety of programs and issues. NCOE also operates numerous federal and state grants including a robust AmeriCorps program and state-wide projects supporting Special Education students. To learn more about working at NCOE, please visit: https://napacoe.org/careers/ Job Summary Job Summary The Program Manager (Certificated) with the Continuous Improvement and Academic Support (CIAS) department is under direct supervision of the Director of Academic Support. The Program Manager will work collaboratively with CIAS team members to provide system of support services to Napa County Local Education Agencies (LEAs).The successful candidate will provide technical assistance, leadership, and guidance to local school districts and their instructional programs; assist in designing and implementing academic programs; plan, coordinate, and deliver professional development plans and activities; identify and analyze performance measures, results data, and/or program quality indicators; provide high level coaching to school teams and educators; enhance and support programs for improving student attendance and learning; collaborate with community partners, schools, and teachers; and represent Napa County Office Education (NCOE) and programs alongside communities and educational partners View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
  • CA Clear Teaching and Administrative Services Credentials
  • Job-related experience within a specialized field is required
  • Master's degree in job-related area preferred
  • A minimum of 5 years' successful experience with educational leadership including managing and coordinating educational programs
  • Expertise data analysis, group facilitation, coaching others, and delivering professional development.
