Job Description
As an Operations & Project Analyst, you will support key logistics operations, drive process improvements, and enable strategic decision-making through accurate data tracking and cross-team coordination. This is not a "warehouse assistant" role — it's a fast track to understanding real supply chain operations and project leadership. Job Responsibility Monitor and organize inbound operational information (FBA / LTL) and process key data. Prepare and maintain shipment and inventory data to support outbound scheduling and operational visibility. Collaborate with U.S. warehouse, carriers, and cross-team to ensure data accuracy and workflow alignment. Organize and archive visual documentation for reporting and process optimization. Update and share daily outbound loading data with internal stakeholders for clear project communication. What We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's Degree （Preferred majors: Supply Chain, Business, Econ, Data Analytics, International Studies). Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, and strong sense of ownership. Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; comfortable working with structured data. Strong written communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required. Passion for global logistics, cross-cultural teamwork, and process optimization.
