Hourly Finance Business Process Expert Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end process excellence across Finance by defining, measuring, improving, and sustaining standardized processes Partner with Finance process owners, IT/business analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, compliance, and user experience Lead efforts to define process intent and scope, align to strategic objectives, and establish/maintain performance metrics and measurement methods Continuously evaluate process performance and integrate stakeholder feedback to optimize processes and identify training needs Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, including root cause analysis to reduce defects and eliminate waste Mentor and coach team members; build organizational capability through training and best-practice sharing Develop and monitor KPIs to track improvement outcomes and business impact; communicate progress, risks, and results to leadership Serve as a subject matter expert in semiconductor finance processes and advise leadership on process design and scalability Apply semiconductor industry best practices to standardize and improve Finance processes in a complex manufacturing environment Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure processes support manufacturing, supply chain, and technology roadmaps

Finance Business Process Expert Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience in finance operations, process excellence, business process management, continuous improvement, or finance transformation Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred (Green Belt considered with strong project leadership experience) Experience with finance platforms and analytics/reporting ecosystems (ERP Finance systems, reconciliation tools, BI/data platforms)

INDLH Pay:

$90.00 - $125.00 per hour
