Here's what it takes to make yours count: Provide technical assistance and support to client teams within a bank loan servicing environment Create and maintain master security records for fixed income instruments, including syndicated bank loan facilities Independently source and validate information from external market data providers Settle trades with counterparties using ClearPar Handle daily cash receipting, wiring, and investment of funds Journalize and reconcile daily cash and investment activity Investigate accruals and position discrepancies within internal systems Review and reconcile overdrawn accounts Respond to inquiries from internal specialists (SCS Specialists, PAAs) and clients Maintain portfolio databases and ensure data accuracy and timeliness Support daily account reconciliation and cash management functions Apply a strong understanding of structured credit products Use advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas and modeling Work proficiently with MS Office suite Communicate clearly in written and verbal formats Stay highly organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Hold a BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics (preferred) Be fluent in English Have familiarity with Solvas or Wall Street Office (WSO) systems Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and develop within investment/securities operations environment More Than Just a Paycheck.
