Ant Group Education background: Undergraduate Release time: 2026.03.31 Job description We are looking for a Payments Operations Specialist to support Antom merchant acquiring settlement operations, while also contributing to site-level funds operations across the US business. This role focuses on channel clearing, merchant settlement, and dispute handling, ensuring accurate and timely movement of funds across multiple payment methods, including cards, wallets, APMs, and bank payments. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth settlement execution and strong operational control of merchant funds. Key Responsibilities 1. Settlement & Reconciliation

• Support end-to-end merchant and channel settlement operations across multiple payment methods
• Identify and resolve settlement breaks, exceptions, and fund discrepancies
• Support cross-border and multi-currency settlement flows
• Contribute to continuous improvement of settlement processes and fund flow efficiency 2. Exceptions & Disputes
• Handle settlement exceptions in coordination with acquiring banks and payment partners
• Manage chargeback and dispute processes across the full lifecycle (retrieval, representment, etc.)
• Monitor dispute patterns and support business risk mitigation initiatives
• Ensure timely resolution of operational issues impacting merchant funding 3. Funds Operations & Controls
• Support customer fund safeguarding processes and internal operational controls
• Assist in regular reporting and data validation for fund-related activities
• Support collection and payout operations, including bank account and fund flow management
• Partner with internal teams (Merchant Services, Operations, Risk, Finance, Tech) to ensure fund integrity and operational stability Job Requirement Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in payment operations, settlement, acquiring, PSP, or fintech, with hands-on work in reconciliation, settlement processing, and chargeback/dispute handling
• Familiarity with card networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) and end-to-end payment lifecycle flows
• Strong analytical and Excel skills; AI/data automation experience is a plus
• Proven ownership mindset with strong problem-solving, execution, and process-improvement abilities
• Experience working with PSPs, acquiring banks, or cross-border payment platforms and large-scale merchant operations preferred
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Growth Opportunity High-performing individuals will have opportunities to gain exposure to:

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Ant International and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant education or training.
