Job Title Investment Banking Associate Location Denver, CO (in-office, 5 days per week) Firm Overview Our client is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial sell-side investment banking firm focused on advising founder- and owner-operated businesses. The platform has experienced significant recent growth, coming off its strongest year to date, and offers a highly collaborative, in-person culture with a flat organizational structure. The firm emphasizes teamwork, ownership, and long-term professional development over rigid hierarchies or bureaucracy. Responsibilities Act as a primary point of contact for active client engagements Lead market outreach, buyer targeting, and relationship management efforts Play a hands-on, meaningful role throughout the full M&A process Partner closely with senior bankers in executing sell-side transactions Represent the firm in client and buyer meetings with a strong emphasis on communication and professionalism Contribute to a collaborative, growth-minded office environment Help lead ongoing training and development, with increasing responsibility over time Qualifications 3-5 years of relevant investment banking experience Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in client-facing situations Entrepreneurial mindset with a "no task is too small" attitude Desire to grow within a firm that is actively expanding and building for the long term Willingness to work full-time in an in-person office environment in Denver
