Job Description

CoinUnited has been building since 2018, running one platform that reaches crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO markets around the clock. As an Operations Officer on the Miami team, you keep daily processes running cleanly and unblock the people who depend on them. This is hands-on work keeping daily operational processes running cleanly. This role is based in our Miami office and forms part of our operations across Americas. You will work to Miami market hours and support the international order flow connected to the the USA market. About CoinUnited.io CoinUnited.io is a crypto-powered trading platform, building since 2018, with teams across 10 countries. We give traders one account to reach global markets around the clock: crypto, stocks, indices, forex, commodities and pre-IPO. What you'll do Own the day-to-day operational processes that keep trading, support and internal teams moving, and document how each one actually works. Monitor live workflows for bottlenecks, errors and delays, then trace each issue to its root cause and resolve it. Coordinate handoffs between teams across different time zones so that work does not stall when one region signs off and another comes online. Build and maintain checklists, runbooks and simple tracking so that recurring tasks run the same way every time. Track operational metrics and turnaround times, flag anything trending the wrong way, and propose concrete fixes. Support 24/7 market operations by helping define escalation paths and making sure the right person is reachable when something needs a fast decision. What success looks like in your first six months You have mapped the core operational processes you own and removed at least two recurring bottlenecks that were slowing teams down. Cross-team handoffs you coordinate happen on time and without dropped tasks, with a clear record of who owns what. Key operational tasks run from documented runbooks that a teammate can follow without needing to ask you. Must-have One or more years of operations, coordination or process work, ideally in a fast-moving company. Strong organisation and follow-through, with the discipline to track many open items and close them. Clear written and spoken communication that works across teams and time zones. Comfortable working in-office full-time in a setting where priorities shift through the trading day. Nice-to-have Familiarity with crypto, trading or financial markets. Experience with spreadsheets, ticketing tools or workflow automation. Exposure to working with teams across multiple countries or time zones.
