Process and Quality Manager

A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Process and Quality Manager in Sarasota, FL to drive the next phase of operational excellence at its plant. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process and Quality Manager position include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline 7+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, process engineering, or operational excellence roles Hands-on experience working within or implementing ISO 9001-aligned quality systems Strong background in injection molding and process-driven manufacturing environments Lead process improvement across injection molding, hot stamping, painting/finishing, adhesive assembly, and warehousing operations Define critical process parameters, standard work, and control plans in partnership with Operations and Engineering Lead corrective action and continuous improvement using methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, FMEA, and SPC Coach leaders and operators on quality fundamentals, process thinking, and execution discipline

Salary :

$130,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and bonuses.
