  • . This position is ideal for a highly detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills who can confidently work with data, identify trends, and support decision-making within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role goes beyond basic coordination and requires someone comfortable
  • building and maintaining reports, analyzing inventory data, and using Excel tools such as pivot tables, lookups, and formulas
  • to drive operational accuracy and efficiency.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Maintain and manage accurate inventory records across internal systems and Excel-based tracking tools + Analyze inventory and order data to identify discrepancies, trends, and opportunities for improvement + Build, update, and maintain Excel reports using
  • pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas
  • + Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment + Reconcile data between systems and resolve inconsistencies in inventory or order information + Support warehouse operations by providing data insights and reporting to internal stakeholders + Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, fulfillment, and leadership teams + Maintain organized and accurate digital records to support reporting and audits + Continuously improve data tracking methods and reporting processes for operational efficiency •Qualifications•+ 2+ years of experience in operations, inventory, data analysis, or administrative roles + •Advanced Excel skills required•, including: + Pivot tables + VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP + Formula creation and data manipulation + Experience working with large data sets, tracking systems, or internal databases + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify issues + High attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment + Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team + Reliable, professional, and adaptable work ethic •Preferred Qualifications•+ Experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory environments + Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems + Experience creating or improving reporting processes •Why This Role•+ Join a mission-driven company focused on wellness and intentional living + Play a key role in improving operational accuracy and efficiency through data + Opportunity to grow into long-term operations or analytical roles + Be part of a collaborative, purpose-driven team environment •
Pay Details:
  • $18.
