(The Operations Process) to recommend courses of action (COA) the senior leadership within the MCoE. Candidate shall have the capability and be required to outline the strength/weakness, conduct risk assessment, attain required resources, and benefits for each COA. After thoroughly analyzing COAs and have the capability and expertise to provide recommendations on process improvement and cost saving measures that the MCoE can execute within all assigned actions. Candidate shall attend 3 - 5 meetings weekly (as necessary) regarding operational planning on various topics and events impacting training, as determined by MCoE Chief of Operations. Candidate must have the ability to electronically capture/record all meeting minutes, to include attendees, date/time, purpose, agenda, new topics of discussion, decisions, questions, responses, due-outs, assignments, projected follow-on meetings, and other pertinent information. Deliver meeting minutes to the Government within 3 working days of the meeting. Prior to all meetings review all material and identify all objectives and outcomes that should be expected from the forum. Present the objectives and outcomes of the meeting to the Government prior to the start of all meetings. Distribute accurate notes, summaries and reports in accordance with TR 1-11 within 48 hours from conclusion of meeting. Candidate shall have the ability to serves a Staff Lead for: Weekly G-3 Division Chief meetings, which synchronization of calendars and agency priorities; bi-weekly Commanding General (CG) and Chief of Staff (CoS) Line of Efforts (LoE) briefings; synchronization of G3 operational calendar and smart book to help de-conflict key battle rhythm events. Coordinates and deconflict for the use of five (5) different conference rooms and associated VTCs that support command group requirements. Prepares plans and supports weekly G-3/S-3 meeting. Maintain/updates continuity products for key points of contact in all organizations on FT Benning. Candidate must have the capability and experience to prepares plans and execute weekly Commanding General's updates briefs (CUB) and CG Standup meetings. Candidate must be capable of providing and maintaining continuous weekly updates and execution to the CG's Standup meeting. Candidate must have experience to Plan, Prepare and Coordinate and publish MCoE Command Brief for command group use during VIP, foreign national, and other high-level visits at the MCoE. Candidate shall be able to prepares, maintain publish G3 Smart Book for Cos Director's meetings. Candidate shall have the experience and capability to prepare, plan and publish Operational Orders (OPORD) for key events. Including but not limited to limited to Cadet Troop Leadership Training (CTLT) & Holiday Block Leave (HBL) Candidate shall coordinate Chief of Staff / Commanding General tracking information. Candidate shall analyze information provided concerning the Commanding General's notes and comments from meetings and develop specified tasks from these notes for review and action by the Government. Candidate shall have the ability to input and maintain tasks into the SharePoint system. Candidate shall be capable of monitoring the status on assigned tasks to ensure suspenses are met and update the MCoE Chief of Operations on tasks. Immediately notify the MCoE Chief of Operations on tasks that are in danger of missing assigned suspense date or tasks. Ensure SharePoint is updated within 48 hours after updates received on all issues.
EXPERIENCE
Specialized skills, knowledge, and abilities required for this operational analysis position: BA/or BS Degree in General Business, Management, or Business Psychology, Organizational Management, Business Processes, (or equivalent military experience).(required) Experience in Military operations, short and long-term planning and strategic analysis, experience in creative thinking. (Required) Extensive experience and understanding of written communication commensurate with a Master's Degree Program level of both written and oral communications. (Required) Experience with communicating at the Garrison or echelon at or above Brigade levels (Required) Served as S-3/G-3 Planning/Operations SNCO or Officer at BDE level or above (Preferred) 10 years military experience as a SNCO or Field Grade Officer (Preferred) KeyBridge Technologies, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Veteran/Disabled Employer.
