The Challenge As a member of the Global Continuous Improvement (CI) team, you are responsible for defining service levels that are recognized by our customers. You achieve this by developing and implementing reliable, cost-effective processes for every service at every location. You will work closely with the Managing Director of Fokker Services Americas and his staff to implement best practices and develop the strategic roadmap for our mission to me the best in class services provider to our customers. Job Description As a Continuous Improvement Manager, you effectively manage the CI roadmap. You facilitate the adoption of the Lean Six Sigma methodology and guide both employees and management through the CI program. You ensure buy-in from all key stakeholders to successfully roll out the CI program. You also act as a business partner to various departments by organizing, planning, and executing CI projects and activities. You verify return on investment (ROI) by setting targets and measuring performance. Continuity is ensured by managing progress within the CI portfolio and reporting to the Head of CI and the Global Steering Committee. In addition, you are part of the Global CI team, where you support colleagues at other Fokker Services Group sites and promote best practices. You report directly to the Managing Director of the site.
