Job Description
Continuous Improvement Manager Minimum 5 Years experience in Continuous Improvement Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to fill an opening with a manufacturing company located in West Point, GA. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in CI & Lean in an automotive environment. Requirements of the CI Manager Bachelor s degree in a related field preferred. 5+ years in a CI or Quality role; 2+ years in a supervisory position Experience driving change and leading CI Projects Leadership skills and experience Statistical knowledge and experience applying a statistical approach to problem solving and process improvement Green Belt certification or higher Benefits of the CI Manager Competitive salary Advancement potential Full time Paid time off Medical / Dental / Vision 401k Responsibilities of the CI Manager Identify gaps in Best Practices and work at all levels of the organization to establish a strategy and plan to improve them Assess current state of the plant s operations, develop an ideal future state and develop, drive and monitor the improvement plan Establish CI Profit Plan and forecast goals Develop and train internal CI resources including Black Belts and Lean implementers Develop a CI roadman throughout the plant, identifying low hanging fruit to long term projects If you are a high performer and would like to work for an equally high performing company and you think the above opportunity is appropriate for you, we invite you to submit your resume in Microsoft Word format to bray@venteon.com.
