Job Description:
We're hiring a Continuous Improvement Manager to join Adient and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll assess current-state plant performance, identify gaps, and lead the roadmap to future-state results. You'll partner with plant leadership to deliver measurable gains in productivity, quality, cost savings, and best-in-class operational performance through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives . What you'll do Lead plant-wide continuous improvement strategy and execution Drive Lean, DMAIC, Six Sigma, and process improvement projects Build and coach teams including Lean Implementers, Green Belts, and Black Belts Develop CI profit plans, forecasts, and project tracking systems Partner with leadership to remove barriers, improve processes, and achieve annual CI goals What we're looking for 5-7 years in Continuous Improvement, Quality, or Operational Excellence within manufacturing Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Green Belt certification required ; Lean Implementer required ; Black Belt preferred Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, process improvement, root cause analysis, and statistical tools Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive change
