Job Description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Operations Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: The Program Operations Analyst drafts and prepares technical administrative documentation and executes routine reviews of PMO management artifacts. They maintain analytical data logs for program metrics and support the preparation of administrative status reports for review by senior management. They follow established SOPs to ensure all technical reviews are conducted with precision and in accordance with organizational standards. Supports the technical validation of administrative deliverables for the 900-position ILS2 program. Draft personnel coordination plans and assist in tracking trends related to onboarding, equipment issuance, and PMO-specific milestones. Prepare data summaries for mission-partner reviews and support the maintenance of technical documentation for contingency administrative plans within the Indo-Pacific AOR. Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of position relevant experience. Proficiency in management software and technical administrative reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of DoD administrative regulations. DAWIA Level I in Program Management (or equivalent). Experience in military logistics or PMO documentation for large-scale contracts.
Clearance Requirements:
Must hold an active Secret clearance
Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
