Job Description

Description We're seeking a motivated Operations Analyst Technician who enjoys creating clarity, improving processes, and supporting a culture of operational excellence. This role centers on documenting manufacturing processes within our ERP system and collaborating across teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency while being guided by a manufacturing engineer. If you thrive on problem-solving, working with people, and taking ownership of your work, this position will feel like a great fit. What You'll Do
  • Develop, update, and maintain detailed manufacturing process documentation within the ERP system
  • Partner with engineering, production, quality, and production scheduling teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Apply lean manufacturing concepts to support process improvements and waste reduction
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities to streamline operations
  • Support manufacturing engineering initiatives through data collection, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure documentation aligns with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in training team members on new or updated processes
  • Work independently to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willing to dig in and find solutions when challenges arise
  • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or a related technical field 2-year degree in business or technical field or 4 years of manufacturing experience Exposure to lean manufacturing principles (5S, standard work, continuous improvement, etc.
) Strong proficiency in Excel (formulas, data organization, reporting) Familiarity with ERP systems and process documentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities Commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement
