Work Model:
On-Site Third Shift (Mon-Fri)
What You Will Do:
Monitor and coordinate job input, execution, and output Perform system and application backups across all platforms Work very closely with IT Engineers to resolve system errors Monitor infrastructure systems through the use of automated software packages Perform special processing when requested What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
1-3+ years of experience in computer operations Associates degree in Information Technology Entry-level IT skills Excellent communication and documentation skills
