Investment Banking Associate / Vice President -
Industrials M&A Locations:
New York, NY or Chicago, IL Our client, a global middle-market investment bank, is actively seeking to add an Associate or Vice President to its expanding Industrials M&A practice. This team is experiencing strong deal flow and is investing in growth across multiple industrial sub-sectors. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative platform with meaningful execution responsibility, direct senior exposure, and a clear path for advancement. Key Responsibilities Execute M&A transactions, including sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory mandates Build and manage financial models (DCF, LBO, merger models) and valuation analyses Develop and review pitch materials, CIMs, and client presentations Participate in client meetings and due diligence processes Coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to drive deal execution Mentor junior team members (Associate/VP level dependent)
Qualifications Associate:
3-5 years of investment banking experience
Vice President:
