Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst to support the MQ-25 team in Mascoutah, IL! The Experienced Manufacturing Operations Analyst will work in our fast-paced and dynamic production environment to align the Operations Team with Program Leadership, customer counterparts and cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks and stabilize operations. Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices against applicable standards and criteri a Analyzes and interprets data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvemen t Provides clear feedback and recommendations based on assessment result s Partners with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics that support company initiatives using Lean methodologies and other applicable tools and processe s Collaborates at the appropriate organizational level to implement strategies and action plans effectivel y Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Operations environmen t 3+ years of experience collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources, as well as interpreting data and presenting analysis and recommendations to managemen t Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoin t Experience implementing lean methodologies and productivity improvement s Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadershi p Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experienc e Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) experienc e Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the militar y Experience using Shipside Action Tracke r Conflict of Interest:
