Job Description
The Sales Operations Intern supports the Sales Operations team by assisting with data driven workflows, maintaining high standards of data accuracy, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The Sales Operations Intern is based in a Kerecis office and reports to the Process Improvement Engineer. This is a temporary full- or part-time position. Major Areas of Accountability
- Manage and analyze operational data, including preparation, validation, and reporting
- Support process documentation, optimization, and quality/compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to company standards and applicable laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA)
- Assist with project coordination, risk tracking, and issue follow-up
- Support daily operational tasks as assigned

- Other job duties as assigned Basic Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of or recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Strong interest in data management, operational processes, or continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner with a proactive, resourceful mindset
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, basic formulas)
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications
