Summary:
The Clinical Operations Performance Analyst provides clinical operations support, project coordination, and executive administrative partnership to the Chief Clinical Officers and senior leadership in a multi-facility long-term care organization. This role serves as a bridge between clinical source systems, operational leadership, and action. The individual in this position will help organize and interpret information from PointClickCare (PCC) and other clinical and operational sources, identify trends and emerging risks, support follow-through across key initiatives, and assist leadership with meeting preparation, communications, and other executive support needs.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in nursing, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, Business, or a related field. Experience in long-term care/post-acute care, healthcare operations, or a similar clinical environment. Working knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) or similar clinical EHR systems. Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-through skills. Ability to interpret operational or clinical information and connect it to workflow, quality, compliance, or leadership action. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare polished, professional materials. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Clinical background strongly preferred; LPN or RN preferred; but not required. Experience supporting multi-site or corporate healthcare operations. Familiarity with QAPI, survey readiness, quality measures, and regulatory performance review. Experience supporting project implementation, meeting follow-up, or cross-functional coordination. Experience working with dashboards, scorecards, or reporting outputs as a business partner or end user. Comfort using AI-enabled tools to support drafting, synthesis, organization, or workflow efficiency.

Performance of the following Improved follow-through and coordination across clinical and operational initiatives Stronger organization and preparation for leadership meetings and priorities Better use of available data to identify trends, gaps, and emerging issues Reduced administrative burden on clinical leadership through dependable, high-quality support Perform other tasks, as requested, to meet the goals and objectives of the organization Ability to work in an office-based environment with regular computer use. Ability to travel as needed to support meetings, initiatives, or facility-related work.
