Job Description
About the Firm We are a nationally recognized M&A advisory firm focused exclusively on advising owners of high-performing private companies. We partner closely with entrepreneur owner-managers to help them achieve their professional and personal objectives by building and realizing enterprise value. The firm operates as an independent advisory boutique with a strong history of delivering successful transaction outcomes. Our experience spans billions of dollars in completed transactions across a wide range of deal sizes and industries, serving clients throughout the United States. We believe entrepreneur-led businesses are fundamentally different from large corporate environments. These owners approach leadership, growth, and legacy with a unique mindset, making the transition to new ownership both complex and highly consequential. Our work is centered on guiding these business owners through that process with care, insight, and long-term perspective. Our team is composed of senior, experienced professionals with complementary skills who collaborate closely to deliver thoughtful, customized advice. We emphasize in-person engagement, hands-on client exposure, and a highly interactive team culture. Position Overview This role is designed for professionals who have a clear passion for advising private company owners on sell-side M&A transactions. The position is a key contributor within small, client-focused deal teams and offers meaningful responsibility early on. The ideal candidate combines strong technical finance capabilities with the interpersonal skills required to work directly with business owners. Successful team members are intellectually curious, self-motivated, and energized by a collaborative environment. Compared to more traditional advisory firms, this role offers significant client interaction and exposure to senior decision-makers.
