Overview:

We are partnering with a well-established, multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization to hire a Regional Manager, Continuous Improvement. This is a newly created, high-impact role designed to lead lean transformation and process optimization across multiple facilities in the North East. This position is ideal for a hands-on continuous improvement leader who has built lean programs from the ground up, knows how to earn buy-in from operations teams, and is excited to make a visible, measurable impact across several plants.
