Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
An experienced professional is sought for the Change The Bank Projects function, with a focus on the PB Margin team within Equity Operations. This role will drive strategic, global business process, and technology-based solutions in collaboration with the Margin Operations team. The position requires a skilled Business Analyst with aproven ability to develop functional knowledge, manage projects, and document business requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities- Conduct Business Analysis, Front to Back Processes and Systems Analysis, Gap and Impacts Analysis, Solution Design, Testing, and implementation.
- Interface with a diverse range of stakeholders to gather detailed requirements and define current state processes and related systems setup.
- Design future state processes and flows, incorporating identified requirements and supporting Margin Operations.
- Document detailed user stories, business requirements, impact assessments, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with IT to translate detailed business requirements, impact assessments, and functional specifications into future state system specifications.
- Act as a liaison between IT and clients for requirements and assumptions clarification or validation.
- Produce user manuals and reference materials as needed.
- Provide input to production support of deployed processes/systems.
- Support client service associates and operational personnel. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Very strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for work and people.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proactive in suggesting solutions, raising issues, and asking questions.
- Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes and prioritize appropriately across multiple projects.
- Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and engage in multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
- Strong flexibility regarding assigned duties and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently. Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Fluency with Power BI, Alteryx, UIPath, or other automation tools is preferred.
