Job Description Required:
Active and current TS/SCI w FSP through MD Experience conducting problem definition and gathering data requirements from stakeholders Oral and written communications skills to explain data analysis to stakeholders 10+ years of experience with conducting analysis of management and operational problems using operations research techniques 4+ years of experience with the application of modeling and simulation to address decision analysis problems 4+ years of experience conducting multiple objective decision analysis or cost benefit analysis in support of research objectives 4+ years of experience with PANDAS, R, Excel and VBA, ARENA, OCTAVE, Tableau, Gurobi and CPLEX, EXTENDSIM, SAS, NETICA, stats models,
Stata, MATLAB, or SPSS Preferred:
