Job Description:
Client Operations Analyst, $20/hour
Overview:
This role supports client accounts by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and strong service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Track performance metrics and identify service or operational issues
  • Communicate insights and help implement solutions with internal teams
  • Act as a primary contact for assigned accounts, handling issue resolution
  • Prepare and share routine performance reports
  • Support team members in managing account needs and troubleshooting problems
  • Assist with creating and updating process documentation
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or account support
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
  • Experience with order or transportation management systems
