Responsibilities 1. Present the results of operational and data analysis to management and other end users by generating SAP ERP operational reports and dashboards, consolidating pipeline and client engagement metrics from Salesforce and HubSpot, and visualizing key findings through summaries and charts in Google Sheets. 2. Define data requirements and gather, reconcile, and validate information by extracting transactional and master data from SAP ERP, reviewing account and opportunity data in Salesforce and HubSpot, and performing data validation and cleansing using formulas and controls in Google Sheets. 3. Perform validation and testing support for analyses and reporting outputs by executing SAP ERP testing scenarios, comparing forecast and actual data captured in Salesforce and HubSpot, and refining assumptions and calculation logic in Google Sheets. 4. Prepare management reports that define operational issues, evaluate root causes, and recommend solutions by compiling SAP ERP process insights and client activity summaries from Salesforce and HubSpot, and presenting structured issue analysis supported by Google Sheets reports. 5. Develop and maintain analytical frameworks for operational decision-making by using SAP ERP transactional data, opportunity and pipeline information from Salesforce and HubSpot, and quantitative analysis templates and scenario comparisons in Google Sheets. 6. Evaluate alternative courses of action to determine effective business solutions by assessing SAP ERP process and configuration options, comparing pipeline scenarios and engagement trends in Salesforce and HubSpot, and performing scenario analysis in Google Sheets. 7. Design, conduct, and evaluate pilot operational analyses in cases where existing data is limited by supporting SAP ERP process trials, tracking related sales and engagement activity in Salesforce and HubSpot, and measuring comparative results in Google Sheets. 8. Develop and apply project planning and tracking methods to support implementation activities by maintaining SAP ERP implementation timelines, milestone schedules, and meeting coordination through Google Calendar, and analyzing budget and effort tracking in Google Sheets with supporting CRM activity data from Salesforce and HubSpot. 9. Break down business processes into component activities, assign measurable indicators, and examine relationships among operational factors by decomposing SAP ERP workflows, mapping CRM pipeline stages in Salesforce and HubSpot, and quantifying performance indicators in Google Sheets. 10. Educate staff on operational reporting, analysis workflows, and process tracking methods by delivering SAP ERP training sessions, demonstrating CRM reporting and activity tracking in Salesforce and HubSpot, and providing instructional materials and reporting templates developed in Google Sheets. 11. Review research literature and best practices by analyzing SAP ERP documentation, CRM practices associated with Salesforce and HubSpot, and incorporating applicable analytical and reporting methods into structured evaluation templates maintained in Google Sheets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, plus 4 months of experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Calendar, Google Sheets.
Experience must include:
Supporting ERP system; working on international project in Asian areas, especially in China, Japan, and Singapore, utilizing project management practices and following software development life cycle, and quick hand methodologies; and serving clients in health care, manufacturing, trading, energy, industries. Brief limited domestic and international travel to client sites from time to time.
