As the Process Mining Lead, you will own end-to-end process discovery and analysis across supply chain domains (plan, source, make, deliver), using event logs and process mining platforms (e.g., Celonis) to create a fact-based view of how work actually flows—identifying bottlenecks, rework, delays, and compliance gaps that impact service, cost, and cycle time—and translating insights into a prioritized pipeline of automation and AI opportunities in partnership with operations, RPA, and data/AI teams. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Lead process discovery, mapping, and analysis using process mining platforms (Celonis) Build validated process maps that reflect real execution paths, bottlenecks, deviations, and inefficiencies Quantify inefficiencies, rework, delays, and compliance gaps across supply chain processes Translate analytical findings into actionable input to process redesign initiatives Partner with RPA, AI, and operations teams to identify automation and optimization opportunities Develop dashboards, KPIs, and insights that support continuous improvement Establish data pipelines and event log structures required for process mining Drive process governance and standardization across functions EOE/Disability/Veteran At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
