Working closely with the TradingTechnology Manager, this role helps translate strategy into action through precise execution, strong systems support, and operational excellence. The Investment Operations Analyst Role at Innovia Once fully onboarded, you'll take on the following responsibilities as a highly functioning

Investment Operations Analyst:

Trading Support the execution of trades in public securities under the direction of the TradingTechnology Manager Monitor portfolios, cash balances and market activity to assist with firm-wide and client-specific allocations Assist with rebalancing, tactical changes and trade reconciliation Prepare and distribute daily and periodic trading and activity reports Support compliance with regulatory requirements and firm trading policies ReportingData Generate portfolio and performance reports for internal teams Support data accuracy and integrity within Tamarac and related systems Assist with data entry and ongoing maintenance of investment and account information Participate in periodic data audits and cleanup initiatives Technology Support the day-to-day operation of Innovia's technology platforms across trading, reporting, CRM, and workflow tools Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, and technology-related projects Serve as an initial point of contact for basic system questions and workflow support Document processes and workflows to promote efficiency and consistency Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as needed on technology-related tasks What Makes You a Great Fit You understand and embrace the importance of alignment with our values/culture, your manager and our strategic priorities You pay sharp attention to detail and thrive in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters You're energized by collaboration and enjoy partnering with advisors and portfolio managers You combine analytical thinking with practical problem-solving to optimize processes and outcomes You're comfortable with technology and eager to deepen your expertise in platforms like Tamarac and Salesforce You're committed to integrity and understand the importance of compliance in every aspect of trading You're curious, growth-oriented, and excited to become a subject matter expert in your field Qualifications / Competencies Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong interest in financial markets, investments and portfolio operations High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proficiency with Excel; experience with trading or reporting systems is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Innovia ISM's Our culture is our secret sauce.
