Qualifications:
Strong problem?solving and critical?thinking abilities. Ability to read and interpret complex prints, schematics, and maps. Basic understanding of departmental policies and procedures. Ability to work with limited supervision in both normal and emergency operating conditions. Effective communication skills across verbal, email, radio, and phone channels. Responsibilities:
Analyze outage events and perform OMS data quality corrections to ensure accurate outage, asset, and operational system information supporting SAIDI and reliability metrics. Identify, validate, and correct OMS data discrepancies that impact outage reporting and restoration analysis. Maintain high standards of data integrity and operational awareness in support of LVD Operations. Participate in dispatch and control room training to develop foundational knowledge of LVD distribution substations, lines, restoration processes, grid automation schemes, and storm operations. Provide support during storm and emergency events, including required overtime and travel. Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs
