Job Description

Job Overview This role supports an organization's transition toward a fully integrated digital enterprise by modeling and optimizing business processes across functions. The ideal candidate has an engineering or business background, a strong process-improvement mindset, and the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally. Strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement are key to success in this role. Responsibilities Map business processes within and across multiple cross‑functional departments, including engineering, finance, manufacturing, and supply chain Develop process maps and flowcharts to clearly visualize activities, roles and responsibilities, data flows, and tool/software usage Collaborate with business units and stakeholders to gather process information and requirements Evaluate current processes and identify opportunities for improvement related to waste, redundancy, or lack of clarity Design efficient, effective processes aligned with business objectives Support deployment of process changes, including communication, training, and post‑implementation feedback Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of implemented processes and recommend adjustments as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Hands‑on experience with business process modeling and process improvement initiatives Prior experience in a Business Process Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role Strong knowledge of business process management principles and best practices Experience identifying process gaps and recommending optimized process flows Proven ability to map processes to roles, responsibilities, tools, and data flows Experience with digital process mapping tools (e.g., BPM platforms) Experience leading Kaizen or continuous improvement events Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with structured problem‑solving methodologies Familiarity with technical systems and requirements in engineering or manufacturing environments Knowledge of Agile metrics and using them to report progress to cross‑functional teams 1+ year of experience in Scrum and/or Agile environments Project management experience Equal Opportunity Statement The employer is an equal opportunity organization and considers all applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics.
