- Lead continuous improvement (CI) projects to drive effective and efficient business processes
- Assess operational challenges from process, quality, and people perspectives to identify improvement opportunities
- Design and develop comprehensive plans for CI projects, establishing clear metrics and KPIs
- Set up and manage CI project frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes and sustained progress
- Coach and mentor teams during plan execution to foster a strong continuous improvement culture across the organization Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Continuous Improvement projects
- At least 1 year of direct people management
