JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager of Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence Role Overview The Manager of Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence is a senior enterprise‑level role responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining Andersen's Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement operating system across Renewal by Andersen (RbA). This role serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, ensuring improvement initiatives are aligned to business strategy, financial performance, and operational excellence objectives. Key Responsibilities Enterprise Lean Six Sigma & CI Leadership Design and deploy a structured Six Sigma operating framework aligned with Andersen's strategic priorities Establish governance, standards, and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistency, rigor, and sustainability Serve as the enterprise champion and subject matter expert for Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem solving Lead the Focus Improvement pillar within the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) model Strategic Planning & Financial Alignment Partner with senior leaders to integrate Lean Six Sigma initiatives into annual strategic planning and budgeting processes Develop and maintain money maps and value stream maps to identify enterprise value‑creation opportunities Build and manage a prioritized project hopper aligned to strategic, operational, and financial goals Partner with Finance and Operations to track benefits realization and sustain gains Project Leadership & Value Creation Lead large‑scale, high‑complexity, cross‑functional projects with enterprise impact Ensure projects are appropriately scoped, resourced, sequenced, and executed for maximum ROI Deliver measurable, sustained financial and operational results Training, Talent Development & Certification Design, develop, and deliver Lean Six Sigma training programs for: Black Belts Green Belts Champions Define and manage a robust process to identify, assess, and select internal candidates for Black Belt certification Create a scalable approach to build a broad population of Green Belts across functions Coach and mentor Belts and project sponsors to ensure high‑quality execution and results Leadership, Influence & Change Management Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on CI strategy and organizational maturity Drive cultural change by reinforcing: Data‑driven decision making Standard work Accountability and ownership Communicate progress, results, and lessons learned across all levels of the organization Influence outcomes through persuasion, collaboration, and credibility Qualifications & Experience Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification (required or strongly preferred) Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Design Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred) 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, quality, or business process improvement 5+ years leading complex Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑wide CI deployments Strong financial acumen with experience linking improvement work to measurable business results Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership Strong training, coaching, facilitation, and project management skills
PAY RANGE
$124,235.00 - $192,565.00 CULTURE

PROFIT SHARING
In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
